Intimate orangery in West London.

On recommendation from their adjoining neighbour, our new client wanted an orangery to form a dining room open to their new kitchen space.  There were many constraining factors and a relatively tight footprint; however the result is a lovely orangery that blends naturally with the garden and adjoining properties.

To maximise space the orangery was constructed tight to the boundary line adjoining the neighbouring building.  The close proximity to the boundary necessitated in the high level side glazing and frames being one hour fire rated.  Careful detailing of the joinery meant this was achieved whilst exactly matching the adjoining garden elevation.
