As directors we have a combined experience within the bespoke timber conservatory industry of over 40 years. We ensure the delivery of unparalleled quality in terms of technical competence, professionalism and customer service. Our aim is simply to provide the highest quality service available today to a discerning client base.
We formed Cox & Jones in 2007 after gaining over 25 years' experience at director level within a leading specialist bespoke timber conservatory company. Individually we have over 30 years' experience in our respective fields. Roger Cox with a 'carpentry and joinery' background and Simon Jones with an 'architectural and project management' background, culminating in our joint passion for high end bespoke architectural joinery. We believe our combined specialist and professional backgrounds will ensure all aspects of architectural joinery are catered for at the very highest level.
Initially our business concentrated primarily on providing specialist service and maintenance support to our existing client base. Natural progression and expansion led to us forming Architecture in Glass Ltd. We are proud to have gained many valued contacts including existing clients, architects, designers and contractors and have since undertaken many new build commissions through recommendation and word of mouth.
Our specialist servicing has led to us working on glazed structures from many of the known timber conservatory manufacturers. We have a full appreciation of what others provide in terms of construction, final product quality, service and customer care. Exposure to the work of other companies has not only furthered our experience, but also provided us with a unique insight into the market.
Our clients are reassured that they will always be dealing with a key company member where responsibility is taken first hand. We acknowledge our personal approach makes it unlikely for us to become the largest company in our field, but one that we believe makes us second to none in terms of quality and service.
